"Miracles do not produce faith."
Sometimes we ask for a miracle to happen for us to believe. But it doesn't work that way. The Lord wouldn't give us a miracle when we ask for faith, because the miracle literally can't produce that faith that we want. But that doesn't mean that miracles won't come.
"Faith is things which are hoped for and not seen; wherefore, dispute not because ye see not, for ye receive no witness until after the trial of your faith."
"Faith comes by righteousness. Strong faith is developed by obedience to the gospel of Jesus Christ. And miracles come to confirm one’s faith."
Instead of asking for a miracle to give us faith, let us all live our faith and see the miracles that come as our confirmation.
